GDPR clauses

Information about the current website. Awaiting owner review and approval.

Purposes and legal bases

Permission for Google Maps is voluntary and specific to that service. The essential preference is saved to respect your choice, not for advertising. Accepting the map does not authorize marketing communications or amount to accepting all processing of personal data.

Enquiries you send directly by email or phone may require data processing to respond or handle a pre-contract request. The owner must confirm and document the applicable legal bases and any legal obligations before approving the full notice. The form remains disabled.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal conditions.

You may send requests to info@bottosnautic.com stating the right you wish to exercise. Additional identity information should be requested only when necessary and proportionate. The GDPR normally requires a response within one month; it permits an extension of up to two further months for complexity or number of requests, with notice within the first month.

Retention, recipients and transfers

The cookie choice is retained for 180 days or until you change it or clear browser storage. Retention periods for enquiries, legal obligations and technical logs await confirmation; no unverified period is asserted.

The map involves sharing data with Google only with your permission. Hosting and email processors, applicable contracts and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA must be verified with the owner. Consent to the map does not replace those obligations.

Complaints and review

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or the competent supervisory authority, if you believe your rights have been infringed. You do not have to contact us first to exercise that right.

These clauses provide general rights information and describe the current website choices. They require owner approval and legal review alongside the privacy statement before being presented as final legal documentation or enabling the form.
